We all have amazing people in our lives. Sometimes they are within our midst and we do not even recognize them. Then, at other times we see past the midst and accept them for who they truly are; truly talented and remarkable individuals. I have worked in corporate settings for much of my life. Yet, I have always had this creative passion that burned within me; one that I have never been able to extinguish. So, as I wrote reports, researched grants, and balanced budgets during the day. In the evening, I went to spoken word events, art shows, galleries, museums and I surrounded myself with like minded individuals.
One such person is an artist dear to my heart. Sure he is signed to Ford Model Management as a makeup and hair artist, but he entered into my life as a painter; a sculptor with a keen eye for color, shape and texture. He uses his hands to create works of art in so many facets that it is hard to create a square out of him as he is an ever evolving circle. His newest venture The World Is My Backstage is a YouTube documentary style series in which he features real women who inspire many. His first webisode premiered today and it was entitled: Mommy Makeover.
I invite you to take a glimpse of the talent I have known for so long. Welcome to Ryan B. Anthony’s backstage.
